Updated 11/29/04 to fix a cou-ple of minor problems. Steel-blue and leather-brown/tan template with stylesheets for 2- and 3-column layouts (left and right sidebar variations of 2-col. layouts). Uses CSS2 to provide rollover (pop-up) menus (css2-compliant browsers only, all others are still reasonably functional with care in design).
